1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by BoostMy BnB, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” to individuals, property owners, hospitality businesses, and other clients, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”
BoostMy BnB is a Panama-based consultancy specializing in interior styling, property enhancement, hospitality design, purchasing assistance, and project coordination.
By accepting a quotation, signing a service agreement, or otherwise formally engaging BoostMy BnB, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions, provided they have been made available before the agreement is concluded.

2. Scope of Services
BoostMy BnB provides consulting and project support services, including but not limited to:

• Interior and exterior decoration advice.

• Property styling and home staging.

• Design concepts, mood boards, and visual recommendations.

• Space planning and furniture arrangement suggestions.

• Furniture, materials, and accessory sourcing.

• Shopping lists and purchasing assistance.

• Supplier research and product comparisons.

• Renovation planning assistance.

• Non-technical construction progress monitoring.

• Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals.

• Hospitality property improvement recommendations.

The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees are defined in the quotation or service agreement accepted by the Client.
Services not expressly included in the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

3. Advisory Services and Professional Limitations
BoostMy BnB provides creative, organizational, and project coordination services.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise and performed by appropriately licensed professionals, BoostMy BnB does not provide regulated architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other technical professional services.
Design sketches, layouts, measurements, and visual concepts are provided for planning and illustration purposes and do not constitute certified technical drawings.
The Client is responsible for engaging qualified professionals whenever technical assessments, building permits, structural calculations, safety inspections, or regulatory approvals are required.

4. Design Recommendations and Creative Decisions
All design proposals, color palettes, furniture selections, mood boards, and styling recommendations are based on professional judgment, project objectives, and information provided by the Client.
Visual references, renderings, and inspiration images are illustrative and may differ from the final result.
Variations may arise from lighting conditions, material availability, manufacturing differences, site constraints, or budget limitations.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving design decisions before purchases or implementation.
BoostMy BnB does not guarantee that the completed project will exactly reproduce an inspiration image or a subjective aesthetic expectation.

5. Purchasing Assistance and Product Selection
BoostMy BnB may assist the Client with selecting products, preparing shopping lists, comparing prices, and identifying suppliers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all purchases are made directly by the Client from third-party suppliers.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving product specifications, quantities, dimensions, colors, materials, prices, shipping costs, and return conditions before placing orders.
Product prices, availability, and delivery estimates may change without notice.
Any product links or shopping lists provided by BoostMy BnB are recommendations and do not constitute a guarantee of availability or suitability for every application.
Where BoostMy BnB is specifically authorized to place orders on the Client's behalf, the scope of that authorization, payment arrangements, approval procedures, and responsibilities shall be documented separately.
6. Third-Party Suppliers, Deliveries, and Returns
Furniture, equipment, decorative items, and construction materials may be supplied by independent third parties.
BoostMy BnB does not control their manufacturing processes, inventory, shipping operations, or warranty policies.
Product defects, damaged deliveries, missing items, shipping delays, and return requests are subject to the supplier's contractual obligations and applicable consumer protection laws.
BoostMy BnB may assist with supplier communications when included in the agreed service.
BoostMy BnB is not responsible for failures exclusively attributable to independent third parties, except where its own negligence, breach of contract, or applicable law establishes responsibility.

7. Construction and Renovation Coordination
Where agreed, BoostMy BnB may conduct site visits, review visible project progress, communicate with contractors, and provide organizational or aesthetic recommendations.
These activities do not constitute technical construction supervision, engineering inspection, or certification of workmanship.
Contractors and tradespeople remain responsible for their work, construction methods, personnel, equipment, site safety, technical compliance, and contractual obligations.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that appropriately qualified professionals are appointed where required.
BoostMy BnB does not guarantee the structural integrity, technical performance, or regulatory compliance of work performed by third parties.
Any visible concern identified during a site visit may be communicated to the Client, but such visits are not comprehensive technical inspections.

8. Project Budgets and Cost Estimates
Any budget, estimated price, or projected cost provided by BoostMy BnB is based on information available at the time of preparation.
Unless expressly agreed as a fixed price, estimates are indicative and may change due to supplier pricing, shipping, taxes, labor costs, material availability, or changes in project scope.
Additional expenses requiring the Service Provider's involvement must be approved according to the agreed project arrangements.
The Client retains final responsibility for authorizing purchases and financial commitments to third parties.

9. Quotations, Fees, and Payments
Service fees may be calculated on an hourly, daily, or fixed-project basis.
The applicable rates, payment schedule, deposit requirements, and included services will be specified in the quotation or service agreement.
Travel expenses, accommodation, transportation, and other project-related costs may be charged separately when not included in the agreed price.
Work may be suspended in the event of non-payment following written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation, subject to applicable law.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information and relevant property measurements.

• Communicate budget expectations and project priorities.

• Review proposals and respond to approval requests within reasonable timeframes.

• Verify purchases and financial commitments before authorization.

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Obtain necessary property permissions and regulatory approvals.

• Engage qualified contractors and technical professionals where required.

Delays or additional work caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or changes requested by the Client may result in revised timelines or additional charges.
11. Project Timelines
Estimated schedules depend on the agreed scope, Client decisions, supplier availability, contractor progress, and other circumstances affecting the project.
BoostMy BnB will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
Where delays occur, the parties will discuss any necessary adjustments to the project schedule.
BoostMy BnB is not responsible for delays exclusively caused by independent third parties or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as otherwise required by law.
12. Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Changes to an agreed project may require additional time and fees.
Any additional work must be approved by the Client before it is undertaken.
If the Client cancels or postpones a service, completed work and previously authorized, non-recoverable expenses may remain payable, subject to the agreed cancellation terms and applicable law.
Any specific cancellation deadlines, deposits, refunds, and rescheduling fees must be clearly stated in the relevant quotation or service agreement.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
BoostMy BnB undertakes to perform its services with reasonable professional care, skill, and diligence.
Its responsibilities are limited to the obligations arising from the services actually agreed and performed, subject to applicable law.
BoostMy BnB does not guarantee a particular increase in property value, rental occupancy, booking conversion, rental revenue, or return on investment.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for losses exclusively caused by the Client's independent decisions or by third parties outside its control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability for negligence, contractual breaches, fraud, or other matters to the extent that such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
Original concepts, presentations, design documents, mood boards, and other creative materials produced by BoostMy BnB may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client receives permission to use the final paid deliverables for the specific project for which they were created.
Any broader commercial reproduction, resale, or use on unrelated projects may require prior written authorization.
Third-party photographs, product images, brands, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
15. Photography and Portfolio Use
BoostMy BnB may request permission to photograph or document completed projects for its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.
Photographs identifying a private property, its occupants, or the Client will only be published where the necessary permissions have been obtained.
16. Confidentiality and Personal Data
BoostMy BnB will handle confidential project information with reasonable care.
Personal information collected through the website or during the provision of services will be processed in accordance with applicable Panamanian data protection requirements, including Law 81 of 2019 and its implementing regulations, where applicable.

17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to contact BoostMy BnB directly regarding any concern or complaint.
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disagreements amicably before initiating formal proceedings, without limiting any legally available rights or remedies.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions and applicable rules of jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under Panamanian law or other mandatory laws applicable to the contractual relationship.
